Builder & developer · Atlanta, Georgia
Aone Development builds single-family homes, duplexes and small subdivisions on infill lots across Atlanta's westside and beyond. We work with investors, home buyers, landowners and lenders from lot to keys.
What we build
Narrow city lots, tight setbacks and zoning overlays are where we do our best work. Every plan is designed to rent well, sell well, or both.
Ground-up homes on infill lots, from three-bedroom starter plans to multi-level homes with a private bath for every bedroom.
Side-by-side and stacked duplexes, including basement units, that put two income streams on one lot.
Turning one parcel into buildable lots, then building on them. Concept plans, civil coordination and homes.
Room-by-room layouts with private baths, designed for long-term rental demand near Atlanta's universities.

How we work
We handle each stage in-house or with partners we have built with before, so investors and owners deal with one point of contact.
We check zoning, lot size and comps, then price the build before anyone commits.
Our architect designs to the lot and the market. We take the plans through permitting.
We work with private lenders and investors to put financing and a draw schedule in place.
We run construction, inspections and draws, with regular updates to owners and lenders.
Finished homes go to a buyer or get leased up so the owner can hold and refinance.
Investors & lenders
We are always looking for capital partners and lenders for intown new construction.
Own new construction without running the build. You bring capital, we bring the site, the plans and the crew.
We know what a lender needs to approve a draw and close a loan, and we have the paperwork ready.
Contact
